Study On The Countermeasures And A Case Study Of Suzhou City Resettlement Emancipist Based On The Perspective Of Government

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,social harmony and stability are more valued by all sectors of society.In China every year,a large number of new emancipist,if these people cannot return to society after properly placed,there re crime may be become unstable factors in the harmonious development of society.Although the emancipist and social problems have received certain attention,but as a kind of marginal social groups,emancipist society is still difficult to integrate as soon as possible.The resettlement system include personnel system,report system,filing statistics system,training system,information system and supervision system,information system,a systern of regular meetings,research on resettlement work management level,can further improve the relevant system,to better coordinate the various functions Department of management,emancipist,can effectively guide and assist emancipist.Emancipist resettlement is a complex social system project,cohesion is the premise and foundation,and is placed is the key.At present our country the S.H.E.program mainly depends on the government policy management and coordination,but due to the nature of the work and functions are limited,in the organization and coordination work,only with their ability of difficult coordination of all sectors of society to make concerted efforts of the non economic benefits and cost of public economy and human social engineering.So at present,to study and Countermeasures of resettlement emancipist based on the perspective of government,which has practical significance can not be replaced.This article attempts to present scholars research results about the government resettlement work management as the basis,through their own research,with the theory of civil society,the theory of public management,job placement assistance and education theory,government function theory,the integrated use of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other analysis methods in Suzhou city case study analysis of the development status and existing problems,and analysis to explore the effective way to promote the healthy development of the resettlement assistance and education.
