Research On Construction Of Enterprise Culture Of M Company Under The Promotion Of Party Construction

The status and function of Party organization construction in state-owned enterprises is undoubted,and it is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to realize all-round development.To realize the long-term development of enterprises,the sustainable development of enterprises needs to pay close attention to their own cultural construction.In the course of this process,how to promote the development of the enterprise culture,what problems exist,and how to solve.Take M company as an example,this company is a large state-owned group company in our country,and realized the merger and reorganization two years ago,is in the key period of transformation and upgrading,very much attached to the enterprise party organization construction to promote the enterprise culture construction,but there are still some deficiencies,the enterprise will strengthen the various aspects of self-construction,gradually improve the enterprise culture construction work.Through combing the theory of enterprise culture,party building and promoting enterprise culture,this paper analyzes the actual situation of enterprise culture construction and party building of M company,and makes a comprehensive and objective analysis of the current situation of enterprise culture construction of party building and M company.And using the method of questionnaire survey,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the research questions in M company,which is the basis of analyzing and solving the problems.The study found that M company's culture construction lacks evaluation system,enterprise culture construction professionals are insufficient,cultural activity organization coverage is insufficient,enterprise culture construction still exist surface phenomena.From the point of view of Party building promoting enterprise culture construction,this paper analyzes the corresponding measures: strengthening Party leadership in an all-round way,ensuring the political guarantee effect of Party building on enterprise culture construction;We will strengthen the training of personnel in enterprise cultural construction,enrich the forms of cultural activities and establish an evaluation system for enterprise cultural construction.Through the research,I hope to have the reference meaning to the same kind of enterprises,to promote the enterprise party building and promote the enterprise culture construction,so as to achieve the overall improvement of enterprise culture construction.
