With the development of the " Maritime Silk Road in the 21st Century " and the establishment of all-weather strategic partnership between China and Pakistan,China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and Gwadar Port are gradually built and put into use.In view of the current maritime security situation in Pakistan is not optimistic, especially extremist groups, terrorism, transnational crime and other non-traditional security threats are increasingly prominent,China needs to strengthen cooperation with Pakistan in the field of maritime law enforcement.Under the principle of respecting each other's national sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit, the two sides should continuously deepen the connotation of the Sino-Pakistani Community of Destiny, establish a mechanism for maritime law enforcement cooperation as soon as possible and form a joint fight against maritime terrorism, the resultant force of illegal and criminal activities such as the forces of extremist organizations,so as to ensure maritime safety and shipping order in the southern waters of Pakistan, especially near the port of Gwadar and to provide a safe and stable maritime environment for the trade between the two countries and to ensure the implementation of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road initiative.
