Research On The Disaster Relief Propaganda During The Democratic Revolution

Since ancient times,China has been a country with frequent natural disasters.During the democratic revolution,it was especially serious.In the view of this phenomenon,the Communist Party of China has adopted a series of feasible measures to vigorously promote relief work,including the disaster relief campaign for democratic revolution of the Communist Party of China's disaster relief made an indelible contribution.The Communist Party of China,through its disaster relief propaganda,has broken the superstitious beliefs of the masses and raised the revolutionary awareness of the people in the base areas.These measures have changed the traditional health habits,promoted the development of medical and health care,and stabilized the popular people,even stabilized the social order.This paper mainly uses the literature and summary method.Firstly,review the five major disasters that occurred during the democratic revolution:severe drought in northern of Shaanxi revolutionary base area(1928--1930),the great flood of the Yangtze river and Huaihe river basin in 1931,the great famine(1939-1943)and the great famine(1947-1948)in the border region of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia revolutionary base area,and the famine of1947 in Jin-Sui revolutionary base area.Secondly,the communist party of China has discussed all kinds of ways to propaganda disaster rescue and disaster relief in detail:Through the newspaper expose the disaster,seek the donation,set up the typical models and release thefeasible instruction to relief the disaster;Publicity and relief measures through yangko ballads;To impart experience and inspiration through the elders;To carry out health campaigns and publicize common sense;Disseminating pamphlets to popularize knowledge of locust plague.The propaganda of the democratic revolution period relief propaganda,Thirdly,summarized the experience of the Communist Party of China: Anti-epidemic propaganda has changed the traditional health habits and promoted the development of medical and health care.Regular disaster relief publicity education,mass awareness of the general improvement;Relief instructions issued by the Communist Party of China make the people and social order stable;Disaster relief publicity expanded the political influence of the Communist Party of China.And then combined with the current development of new media and the media put forward some available suggestions:Real-time release of the disaster and the correct guidance of public opinion;We would strengthen the awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation by strengthening the disaster relief publicity education.To organize literature and art publicity to create a cultural atmosphere of unity and ambition;Occupy new position for disaster relief propaganda-network media.
