Reproduction is the instinctive behavior of human reproduction,and reproduction is also a social phenomenon that promotes social development and progress.Reproductive rights as a citizen a fundamental right,should be clear of the law,but the main body of the reproductive rights for restrictions,whether the exercise of reproductive rights on the premise of the existence of the marital relationship,the details of the problems existing in our country’s legal framework and can’t find the answer.Society in constant progress,the number of single women is also rising,with fertility ideas which is not in minority,only perfect the legislation,from the legal level for single women of reproductive rights issue,in order to better guide practice,to resolve disputes caused by reproductive rights and as a result of all sorts of social problems,to achieve social stability and harmony.This topic is mainly to combine the single female reproductive rights issue to carry on the research.The specific content includes the discussion on the basic question of reproductive rights,the analysis of the legitimacy of the reproductive rights of single women,and the theoretical basis of the reproductive rights of single women.In this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the legislation on the reproductive rights of single women.First of all,this paper mainly discusses the conception and content of single female reproductive rights.Secondly,this paper enumerates the theoretical controversies about the right to birth of single women,and puts forward their own opinions,and then analyzes the practical feasibility of the reproductive rights of single women.Thirdly,the legislation status and existing problems of the reproductive rights of single women are analyzed.Mainly from the lack of clear single women’s reproductive rights in our country law,family law denies single women realize the route and the regulation of social support on single women are not clear,lack of single women of reproductive rights restrictions on these aspects.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the legislation of the single female reproductive rights.Mainly from the law clearly sure single the legitimacy of women’s reproductive rights,refined,single women reproductive rights implementation of laws and regulations,perfect the single women children social support to impose regulations,for single women’s reproductive rights necessary to limit this a few aspects.
