Study On The Construction Of Rural Voluntary Service Organization

In recent years,with the rapid transformation of China's economic and social structure,profound changes have taken place in all fields of social life in our country and various social organizations are constantly emerging.It is with the development of various non-profit organizations,non-governmental organizations and social organizations that volunteer service organizations have gradually grown up and become an important complement to social welfare and social security systems,providing the impetus for social reform and social development.Volunteering service not only blooms over urban areas but also begins to take root in rural areas.The development of volunteer services in rural areas provides a broader space for development for our volunteer service.In this paper,the Tafan volunteers Association in Qianshan is the research object,from the perspective of organizational sociology to explore the construction of China's rural volunteer service organizations,mainly from the following five aspects:First,the paper introduces the origin of the study Meaning,research status and research methods.Mainly illustrates the theoretical significance of the construction of rural volunteer service organizations for the study of the development of social organizations in our country and the practical significance of promoting the transformation of rural social development.It also analyzes the relationship between voluntary organizations and the government,the relationship between voluntary organizations and economic development,External volunteer organization construction status.Using literature research method,interview method,case analysis method and participatory observation method,this paper conducts an in-depth research on the association of volunteers in Qianshan.Second,it mainly introduces the background of the construction of rural volunteer organizations in our country:the rural economic development provides the social foundation for the construction of volunteer service organizations,the improvement of rural policy environment creates the conditions for rural volunteer service,and the insufficient supply of public services in rural areas needs volunteer service Make up,the development of urban volunteer service to promote the construction of rural volunteer service organizations.Thirdly,this paper takes Qianshan Volunteers Association of Tafan as an example to introduce the status quo of the construction of rural volunteer service organizations in detail,and analyzes the external conditions of its birth and the internal factors of its growth and development from the internal and external environment in which the organization operates.Organizational department setting and staff composition Introducing the organizational structure status;introducing the construction of volunteer service organizations from the main areas of organizing volunteer services,the status of the activities and the achievements of volunteer service;from the organizational social resources,the scope of organizational radiation,organizational independence and organizational propaganda Analysis of the characteristics of voluntary service organizations.Fourthly,from the aspect of organizational sociology,the author analyzes in detail the construction of rural volunteer service organizations from the aspects of organization and operation system,organization and support system,and organization of external environment.There are still some problems such as inadequate management,inadequate system management and lack of strong support from law and policy Lack of long-term sources of funding,inadequate social volunteerism and uncertainties in the supply of social resources.Fifthly,according to the existing problems in the construction of rural volunteer organizations,we put forward to promote the standardization of organization and management system from three aspects of management system optimization,support system improvement and external environment optimization so as to improve the management of organization system,increase the legal and policy support,Continuity of sources,and actively create a volunteer atmosphere,promote the normalization of social resources supply countermeasures.
