A Research On The Problem Of "Civilian Enterprises Entering Into Military" In Mianyang Science And Technology SMEs Based On JY Company

"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" and "Civil-military Integration" is a national strategy which has been vigorously promoted by the state in recent years.In recent years,small and medium-sized technology enterprises in Mianyang have carried out some exploration on the development of the deep integration of military and civilian based on the enrichment of scientific and technological resources,build good foundation of "Military Participation in the Army" for small and medium-sized technology enterprises.By means of literature analysis,investigation and case study,this paper studies the Sichuan JY Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as JY Company),and draws a conclusion that there are many difficulties of the access conditions,the talents,the financing,the market expansion and the testing of the SMEs in the process of joining the army and then propose solutions.Through further research on the status of the development of small and medium sized enterprises and the advantages of science and Technology in Mianyang,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the small and medium sized and small enterprises of “ Civilian Enterprises Entering into Military” in Mianyang.The article believes that small and medium-sized SMEs can learn from the successful practices of JY Company,and reasonably overcome barriers to entry by the“Civilian Enterprises Entering into Military” and rely on the resources of Military Academy and the superior universities to cooperate in construction of talent team,product development,and market expansion.,Use various policies and exchanges and cooperation platforms to meet the needs of capital and technology,so as to enable Mianyang SMEs to realize the development of a Mianyang-based “ Civilian Enterprises Entering into Military” and provide enterprises with transformation andupgrading and sustainable development Ideas.
