The Influence Of Social Connection On Community Governance Model

In 1986,the concept of“community” was introduced into urban management for the first time.With the rapid development of social economy,China has become a“grid”society.In the process of the transformation from the traditional community proposed by tennis to the modern society,the community has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the mode of community governance has been constantly changing.The writing of the thesis Bridges the theory of social cohesion and governance.In terms of the research content,we will investigate the governance patterns of each type of community through the social connectedness survey of four types of communities.This paper will discuss the governance model of four types of communities in Chongqing,and provide references for the status quo of community governance in the perspective of community connection.This paper will be divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,literature review,concept definition and research content and research ideas.The second chapter sorted out the related argument of social structure,through to the Giddens,Durkheim and others point of view to discuss about the social structure,emphasis on the initiative of the people and the connection between the micro and macro social,theory a good groundwork for later chapters analysis community connection.The third chapter analyzes four types of community governance model,through a large number of case studies,summarizes the four types of community on the governance patterns of similarities and differences,which mainly refers to in the process of community governance,the linkage between the organizations of community governance and analyze the primary and secondary structure of community affairs.Chapter iv of the four types of community social connection degree analysis,according to the Giddens and Gove,daily contact,Durkheim on the research of the division of labor and solidarity,social connection can be divided into daily contact with the public affairs to discuss the two dimensions,by a large number of case studies,the community residents coupling mechanism is divided into internal streets,property management company,residents' committees and other four categories,with the help of four degree options,for residents and assess the coupling degree of the above four types of institutions.The fifth chapter discusses the influence mechanism between social connectedness and community governance model,and discusses the relationship between social connection and community governance from the depth and breadth of social connection.The sixth chapter is conclusion and discussion.Research method,first of all,this research through the study of the classification of four types village,sampling,and the various types of community residents are in-depth interviews,each type of community get 10-15 interview records,a total of50 interviews.By sorting out the content of the interview,the representative cases are summarized.Secondly,this paper redefines social bonds through the literature review of social connections and the needs of this research.In addition,by working in different types of communities,the author makes an in-depth observation and provides a realistic basis for the thesis writing.In terms of the research conclusions,the governance modes of the four types of communities are summarized first,and the relationship among the subjects of the community governance is described through the pyramid graph.Secondly,the social connection status is summarized by frequent and unfamiliar.Finally through social connection to the governance body,the governance structure,the residents' participation,property management services,dispute settlement mechanism five aspects,the influence of social connection and internal relations between the community governance mode.In a word,through the analysis of various types of community,of management agencies in different role between different communities,and contact with community social connection degree,discusses the influence of both mechanisms.
