Due to the emergence and development of market economy, civil rights consciousness rising, the civil society in the bud has appeared in our country, but has not yet formed a complete sense of civil society, in the face of resistance and the obstacle of the development of civil society, the development of civil society has a long way to go. I think now is particularly important, improve the consciousness, make them aware of the civil society is of great significance.The practice of social governance model has a lot of innovation ways, in our country, community governance is the hotpot of academia to discuss participation in community governance as a new social governance model of innovation pattern of our country under the rule of law construction has important and profound significance.
