On The Community Governance Model Of The "Linkage Of Community,Social Organization And Social Workers" In Beijing Xicheng District

The linkage of community,social organization and social workers is at the beginning stage in China at present.It remains exploring how the government makes a contribution to the community development.Although the number of community social organizations after registration and specialized social workers are both increasing,the lack of certain guidance for the community construction and management still existed.This paper takes the linkage of community,social organization and social workers in Beijing Xicheng district as the model,supplemented by main literature analysis and auxiliary case study.We objectively observe how community,social organization and social workers play a different role in community governance;meanwhile combine with the policy,statistics and literature study.We analyze from the angle of community governance,exploring the problems and causes of "the linkage of community,social organization and social workers"model in practice.We expect putting forward some pertinent suggestions in order to be helpful to related research.This article is divided into five parts.The first part states the background of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers,mainly listing the related research of scholars both at home and abroad.We will explain methods of the research in this paper and explain the significance of study of the model in Xicheng district.The second part defines the basic concepts of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers,and puts forward the related theories.The third part summarizes the features and functions of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers in Xicheng district community governance model through literature analysis and case study.The fourth part analyses problems and causes of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers in Xicheng district in practice.The fifth part makes suggestions to perfect community governance model of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers in Xicheng district.By studying the community governance model of the linkage of community,social organization and social workers in Xicheng district,we hope to advance some soling countermeasures,and to promote the improvement of the community governance model and the development of community.
