Study On The Urban Integration Of Migrant Workers' Children In District A

With the new round of industrialization,the process of urbanization is accelerating,the size of city migrant workers is growing.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,at present,the number of China's migrant workers have reached 268.94 million.Among them,35.25 million workers migrate with their families,more than 17 million young people follow their parents to the city life,become the children of migrant workers.Leaving the original residence,the children follow their parents go to the city from the rural areas.the spatial environment changes have a great impact on their psychology.Especially the two opposite condition in urban and rural areas of China,the confrontation has led to the great difference in urban and rural economic and social development,which makes the children of the migrant workers have difficulties in integrating into urban life.Therefore,how to solve the problem of the children's life adaption to the city,to improve their integration into the city,which is very necessary to think and find the solution.In view of this,this article is based on the field research about the integration problem of migrant workers' children in District A.The main contents of the study include four areas: family,education,city familiarity and interpersonal relationship.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the relevant core concept and the theoretical basis.The third chapter is the analysis on the status of urban integration of the migrant workers' children in District A.The fourth chapter is to discover the existing problems of urban integration of the migrant workers' children.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban integration degree of migrant workers' children.In the end,it is concluded that the unsatisfactory urban integration of migrant workers' children result in four aspects of problem: the family environment needs to be further improved,the education guarantee mechanism is not perfect,the government services provided by the government are not satisfactory,the children need to further promote their quality as well.In accordance to these problems,thisstudy proposes the countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: the family,education,government work and the children.
