Study On Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Community Governance And Factors

With the advance of the construction of beautiful countryside,rural community infrastructure better,the overall construction plan and gradually move closer to urban communities,farmers get a better living environment.But the rapid development of urbanization and rural reform,rural communities such profound changes in environmental conditions,population increase turnover,hollow,aging,and other growing problem of children left behind.In this context farmers to enhance democratic awareness,improve the social status of farmers,improve community public service delivery,increase farmers' life satisfaction,governance and community governance capabilities is particularly important.Although multi-center governance is the main mode of governance of rural communities,rural social organizations as the governance body plays an irreplaceable role,it is an important bridge for farmers to participate in community governance,can fully improve the efficiency and level of community participation of farmers.But also because of the rural governance of primary exploration stage,single governance body,governance contents missing epidemic.Therefore,the study will and influencing factors of farmers to participate in community governance,improve the autonomy of farmers,highlighting the dominant position and governance capabilities rural social organizations,improve farmers to participate in community governance initiative,truly "private","public management"," and for the people." For the community to enhance governance,promote the comprehensive development of rural communities have great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the theory of community governance,social action theory Parsons and rational choice theory as the support,integrated use of literature research,questionnaire,statistical analysis and empirical methods based research methods,rural community in Anhui for the study sample research,study the current development of community governance,social organizations,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages governance model,analyze the existing problems of rural social organization.Select a sample of 229 farmers,from the perspective of farmers to participate in community governance through social organizations,focusing on factors that influence farmers to participate in community governance.SPSS19.0 software application questionnaire data were processed using Logistic model of the factors affecting farmers' organizations involved in governance willingness analysis.According to the final conclusions on the promotion of the development of rural social organizations to improve countermeasures active participation of farmers.The empirical results found that farmers' willingness to participate and influence the behavior of community governance is affected by many factors.Macroeconomic factors have government support,social organizations influence.They are on the willingness of farmers to participate in community governance has a significant positive factors.Microeconomic factors in individual households education,a sense of community farmers,farmers participation rationality.These three factors to the will of farmers to participate in community governance has a significant positive factors.The farmers age,family economic level,family resource endowments impact on farmers' organization wishes to participate in community governance is not significant.According to research findings,to enhance the governance capabilities of farmers active participation of community governance,highlighting the social organization,to improve governance in rural communities in rural propose the following: First,the government will encourage and guide,to achieve community cohabitation;second is to regulate society organizations,improve service quality;third is to build a good relationship between residents,farmers rich social networks;fourth is to improve the cultural level of farmers,to attract the younger age groups.
