The Group Practice And Study On Improving Social Communication Skills Of Minimum Security Personnel

With the continuous development of our country's social economy,people's living standards are constantly improving and their needs are more diversified.The report of the19 th NPC pointed out: With the entering of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the major contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradictions between the growing needs of a better life and unbalanced development.Noble families are no longer just pursuing the basic needs of their lives.They also seek better lives,and good life includes the diverse needs of education,employment,medical treatment and spirituality.At present,although the level of relief is constantly improving,it can not fully meet the needs of the minimum family.With the continuous development of social work,the government has become more and more universal in purchasing public services.Social work has also started to intervene in the relief work.And with its professional knowledge and professional working methods in the intervention of low-saving relief to play its unique advantages.According to surveys conducted by community staff,we learned that the community minimum living security personnel have a certain degree of closed life.They do not associate with the people around them.Some people even realize that they have a low self-esteem emotional status and lack of social support networks.In response to the situation of the community minimum living security staff,we selected the group's social work methods to intervene,and applied social support theory and cognitive behavior theory to carry out group activities.It is hoped that through the development of group activities,they will provide them with a platform to help the people in the community who are willing to change their own status to strengthen their mutual interaction and exchanges,promote mutual understanding,improve self-perception,enhance group cohesion,learn some social skills,improve social skills,and eventually help them establish a mutual support network so that after the event is over,mutual aid groups can still maintain and play an important role.At the end of the event,we summarized the difficulties and deficiencies encountered in the activities and summarized the experiences for the future work.
