As the city worker, rural migrant workers made a great deal of contribution to urban construction. The current situation is that they live in city, but hard to blend into urban society. Former researches show that rural migrant workers achieve economic inclusion mostly, but hard to realize mental inclusion. Minority floating population from Yunnan border area has particular ethnic culture and religious beliefs, those made them realize urban social inclusion more difficult.The essay research how the strong tie influence on income, occupational attainment and mental inclusion of rural migrant workers and the path analysis of renqingwang on urban social inclusion. The essay groundbreaking measure the renqingwang factor, which include relatives and fellows help the jobseeker to get a job and the jobseeker help his relatives and fellows get a job in city. The analytical structure reflects reciprocal relationship of renqingwang and social capital particular mechanism in China.The essay finds that (1) Strong tie promote income in city, but be disadvantage to improve the occupational hierarchy and reduce discrimination; (2) renqingwang promote economic inclusion, but decrease the mental inclusion; (3) renqingwang could decrease the reverse effect on mental inclusion through improve the positive effect on economic inclusion. In fact, rural migrant workers could find a job and attain material guarantee to realize the economic inclusion, what’s more, they should break through in-group and expand the relationship with out-group like citizens or colleagues to realize mental inclusion. Floating minority population is valued by their minority characteristic and identity when employed. Therefore, exploring minority culture resource can significantly stimulate mobility of minority population and rural labor transfer.
