Study On Improving The Service Performance Of Integrated Cultural Station Of Township In Gannan Tibetan

As the public welfare organization at the grass-roots level,the integrated cultural station of township directly provides public cultural products and public cultural services to rural residents under the leadership of the government.Whether the public cultural service function of it is fulfilled,whether it is effective,it is related to whether the public cultural demands of the rural residents are satisfied or not.It is also of great significance to the construction of China's socialist beautiful countryside and the implementation of Rural Revitalization in the new era and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the well-off society goal.Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture is located in the remote area of northwest China;it belongs to the underdeveloped area.The population in Gannan is mainly Tibetan.In recent years,because of the social progress and cultural fusion in Gannan,ever closed villages also gradually absorbing new things,and the sino-tibetan mixed residents have been became a trend.The demands of public culture and the public culturalspace of the farmers and herdsmen in Gannan Tibetan areas have also changed.As the coverage rate of the integrated cultural station of township has been rising and the basic public cultural facilities has been improved,how to improving the performance of integrated cultural stations of township to promote the public cultural construction in gannan Tibetan is worthy to pay attention.Therefore,study on how to promote the performance of integrated cultural stations of township in Gannan Tibetan rural areas is very important.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of public cultural service system and enrich rural residents' spiritual and cultural life in Gannan Tibetan areas.Taking the integrated cultural station of township in Bajiao county as a case,the paper absorbed and summarized theories and results from domestic and foreign scholars,with field research data encoding the interview data by grounded theory research method,and set up the influence factors of integrated cultural station of township in Gannan Tibetan.From dimensions of villagers,integrated cultural station of township and cultural ecological,the paper analysis the influence factors in the model and put forwards the strengthen factor: cultural resources;Resistance factor: cultural barrier.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the function orientation,management,personnel team construction and modernization governance of the integrated cultural station of township in Gannan Tibetan.
