On The Participation Of The Guangdong Orphan Student Association In The Relief Of Orphans And Poor Children

Child relief is one of the most important and the most active areas of charity.As a vulnerable group in the social group,the welfare status of children has become an important indicator system to measure the level of social welfare,social modernization and social civilization.Orphaned children are a special social group in the plight of children,and they are also the plight of children in the government's policy of children's welfare in the past.In recent years,although some policies have been introduced,the government is still the main responsibility,and the rescue of the orphaned children is still facing many problems.The civil charity organizations can pay attention to and solve them in a timely and flexible manner in the face of the relief of the orphaned children.In the long-term practice,it plays an important role in maintaining social equity and justice,promoting social harmonious development and integrating social welfare resources.Since its establishment,the Guangdong Xugu Student Association has devoted itself to helping the poor children,and has played an important role in the relief work for the orphaned children.Based on the guidance of public goods,third party governance,new public service and social integration theory,taking Guangdong Xugu Student Association as an example,we analyse its development status and existing problems,find the internal and externa constraints.Combined with the advanced experience of foreign children's aid,we put forward improving countermeasure of the Association in the relief work for the orphaned children.The contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,the main content and research methods.The second chapter is the core concept and support theory,including the definition of social organization,Guangdong Xugu Student Association and the orphaned and poor children;and the explanation of the theory of public goods,the third party governance theory,new public service and social integration.The third chapter is about the present situation of the aid for orphans of Guangdong Xugu Student Association.I have a general understanding of the development of the Guangdong Xugu Student Association,and analyze the effectiveness and problems of its participation in the rescue of the orphaned children.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the restriction factors of the aid for orphaned and poor children in Guangdong Xugu Student Association.Respectively from the internal development and external environment two aspects of constraints analysis.The fifth chapter is the experience of foreign charitable organizations participating in social assistance.This chapter analyzes the British and French,Australia and the United States' charitable relief model,and provides inspiration for our charity organizations to participate in the rescue of orphaned and poor children.The sixth chapter is about the improvement measures for the Guangdong Xugu Student Association to participate in the relief of the orphaned and poor children.From the three aspects of improving the policy system,strengthening the development and construction of human resources and building a standard internal self management restraint system,it provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the participation of the orphaned and poor children.
