Study On Participation Of Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association In Orphaned Poor Child Charity Assistance

Child rescue is one of the most important and active areas of philanthropy.As a vulnerable group in social groups,children's welfare status has become an important indicator system for measuring national social welfare level,social modernization and social civilization.Orphaned children are a relatively special social group among the children in distress,and they are also the group of distressed children whose government is focused on the traditional child welfare policy system.In recent years,although China has introduced some policies,it still relies on the government as the main body of responsibility.The rescue of orphaned children still faces many problems.Under the guidance of the third department,charity assistance and political participation theory,this paper takes Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association as an example to analyze its development status and existing problems,and analyzes the internal and external constraints faced by the promotion society.In combination with the advanced experience of foreign children's rescue,we put forward the countermeasures to improve the participation of the promotion of poverty-stricken children,including the following:The first chapter is an introduction,which includes the research background significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and research innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is the core concept and supporting theory.The two core concepts of Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association and Orphan Children were defined,and the third department theory,charity rescue theory and social participation theory were explained.The third chapter is the status quo of participation of Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association in the rescue of orphaned children.Understand the development history of Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association and the living conditions of the poor children in Guangdong Province,and analyze the effectiveness and problems of their participation in the relief of poor children.The fourth chapter analyzes the constraints of Guangzhou Spring-Grass HelpEducation Association in the rescue of orphaned children.The constraints are analyzed from both internal development and external environment.The fifth chapter is the experience of foreign charitable organizations participating in social assistance.It analyzes the child rescue mode in the United Kingdom,the United States,Germany,and France,and provides inspiration for the participation of charitable organizations in China in the relief of poor children.The sixth chapter is the improvement strategy of Guangzhou Spring-Grass Help Education Association to participate in the rescue of orphaned children.From the internal development capacity building and external support environment these two aspects,we provide improved countermeasures and suggestions for their participation in the relief of poor children.
