| The trust of the government reflects the citizens’ expectations of the political system and government behavior.It is an important cornerstone of the legitimacy and legitimacy of the government.However,on a global scale,the decline of citizens’ trust in the government has become a common problem facing all countries.In addition,various problems such as the difficulty of government governance brought about by the government’s trust crisis and the decline in the level of social trust affect the operating efficiency of the entire society.With the rapid development of e-government,scholars hope that this emerging technology can become the key to turning the current situation.By reviewing previous studies,it is found that the application of e-government has a positive impact on the improvement of government trust,but the specific role The mechanism remains to be further explored and studied.On the basis of reviewing a large number of studies and combining domestic and foreign research status,this paper first proposes the research hypotheses of this paper:(1)The development of e-government is conducive to the improvement of government trust;(2)The citizen participation is between e-government and government trust.The mediator variable.Then the e-government scale,citizen participation scale,and government trust scale with high usage rate are used for evaluation,and the problem is analyzed through empirical research methods.Then use SPSS,AMOS,Lisrel and other software to analyze and test the data,the research shows that the reliability and validity of the scale,the correlation between variables and regression analysis have achieved good results,and mediating effects have also obtained data support.Finally,based on the relationship between the variables in this paper,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving government trust from the perspectives of e-government and citizen participation. |
