Research Of The Smart Community Construction Of Bazhong Economic Development Zone In Sichuan

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,and progress of urbanization,the urbanization of China has increased substantially.In this process,an economy entity plays an important role,which is Economic and Technological Development Zone.The Economic and Technological Development Zone is an important carrier for investment attraction,job creation and tax increase,it can also be a growth point for the regional economy or a highlight for local government image.At the same time of harvesting economic growth,contradictions of social undertakings deep management has become increasingly acute.The problem of the community governance lagging can directly affect the attraction of investment,establishment of enterprises and the gathering of highly qualified personnel,but also directly affect the sustainable development for the development zone.In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile internet,internet of things,big data and cloud computing,the management of social undertakings also has a new perspective.In January 2017,The General Office of the State Council proposed promoting the implementation of the "Internet +" action,building smart park,which is guidance on accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the zone.Community Management and Services are under the background of construction of smart city,community as a cell for Development Zone and the smallest demonstration unit,how does Intelligent path can be a efficient path for spanning development of community governance in Development Zone,which is the main issue of exploration and research in this paper.In this paper,Bazhong Economic Development Zone was adopted as the research object,I will overlay two concepts of economic and development zone and the smart of the community,and integratedly use variety of methods such as literature methodology,case study,empirical analysis to deep analysis the problems in the development zone community governance,smart community construction,finally,to draw the lack of governance structure,ability to work,governance tools,the original basis for governance and so on,meanwhile to discuss the impact on the construction of smart communities from the aspects of system construction,multiple subject participation and initiative of community autonomy.The paper will discuss actual situation of Economic Development Zone and idea of smart community building in the Bazhong city,finally,propose to seize the historic opportunity of revolution in information technology,with the government as the lead,introduce enterprises,social organizations,residents groups to form a pluralistic main body to participate in the model,to enhance the quality of life of residents by intelligence methods,to create a governance tool with strong interaction and high information arrival rate will affect the transformation of grassroots social governance in the economic development zone and provide new ideas for community governance in development zones.To establish a smart community service system,to form a driving force for sustainable development in Economic Development Zone.
