A Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of "Liangjian" Mode In Yongzhou Public Security Organ Criminal Investigation Work

The recovery and development of our country in 20 years throughout the investigation,we can see that the research work in the early 80 s focused on the basic construction of discipline,discipline such as name,object,system,the nature of the problem.The basic work of criminal investigation is the foundation of the whole process of combating criminals and successfully solving the case.It plays an important role in the process of cracking down on the crime.Criminal intelligence,criminal intelligence and criminal investigation technology three based on the basic work of criminal investigation,and comprehensively improve the basic work of criminal investigation work overall fighting capacity and working efficiency.At present,China’s basic work of criminal investigation is still in a relatively weak position,comprehensive ability and make full use of technology to carry out criminal investigation at the scene of criminal investigation and criminal intelligence by using qualitative and quantitative analysis of the case of the poor,the basic work of the lag of the system to improve the overall level of serious about crime.In view of this situation,the public security system of various provinces and cities in the country has carried out various reforms in order to adapt to the development of the rule of law,and better carry out the purpose of maintaining social harmony and serving the people.This paper takes the Yongzhou City criminal investigation "sword" model of public satisfaction as the research object,taking Yongzhou city of Hunan province to carry out the "bright sword" as a case study,through research,Yongzhou criminal investigation "sword" mode and effect of the main problems of financial support,personnel allocation and quality of staff is not high,assessment and incentive mechanism is not perfect;the main reasons for these problems are the functions exist cross,ideological bias and work backward concept.Yongzhou City criminal investigation "sword" model strategy should follow the mass line,to "borrow",starting from the police team construction,basic work to create a good environment for criminal investigation,the police to improve personal quality and increase financial support;sword mode should take concrete measures from fire promoted or removal,improve the quality of how to strengthen the party spirit and the reform of city patrol mechanism.
