Research On The Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Basic Work In Public Security Department

The basic work is the core of the close masses of the public security departments,and the effectiveness of their work is directly related to the stability of social order.All along,departments at all levels attach great importance to the development of public security basic work.This study,based on the questionnaire survey data of Jinjiang,Quanzhou,mainly studies the general evaluation of the public security department at the basic level of the public security department from the demographic characteristics prevention of assessment of the police in the police station,the crimes,the patrol prevention and control,the community management and the counter service.Stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the dimensions of satisfaction.Final research findings show that residents of Jinjiang City approve to the basic work of the public security department.The factors such as age,birth place,residence time and the counter service,the community management the control of crime control and the efficiency of receiving the police will be the general public.The degree of satisfaction has a significant impact.Among them,the public satisfaction with the work of the police is the highest,and the influencing factors include the efficiency of inirial contact with the police,the attitude of the police and the disposition of the police.Public satisfaction with cracking down on crimes is relatively high,and the influencing factors include the result of case processing,the efficiency of case handling and the attitude of law enforcement policemen.Public satisfaction with counter service is relatively high,and its influencing factors include service efficiency,policy publicity,service environment and business capability.The public satisfaction with the patrol for prevention and control is relatively low,and its influencing factors include social security,visable police,road traffic guidance and patrol coverage.Public satisfaction with community management is the lowest,and its influencing factors include the effect of community service,the efficiency of community service and the way of community management.Satisfaction level of citizens can still affirm the achievements of Jinjiang the work of Jinjiang 's Public Security Department in recent years.With the acceleration of the process of rule of law in China,the public's demand for basic work in theJinjiang Public Security Department will be improved.This requires the public security department muster continue to improve standardize the reception and processing of the public security intelligence,intensify efforts to crack down on crime,strengthen the system of patrol for prevention and control,improve the level of community management,and improve service efficiency of counter.
