Research On The Election Of Village Committee In China Since The Reform And Opening Up Analysis Of Hot Topics And Evolutionary Paths

From the exploration of the 1980 s to the common development of the 1990 s,the villagers' democratic self-government gradually went from spontaneous to standardized,legalized and institutionalized.The concept of democratic autonomy is deeply embedded in the people's hearts,and gradually becomes the unalienable and transferable democratic rights of hundreds of millions of peasants.The premise condition of village committee elections as the villagers' autonomy,but also a good democracy and autonomy organic union,become the important link of the grassroots democracy autonomy,and constantly developed in practice and perfect;The academic circle has been paying close attention to the political phenomenon of village committee election,and has formed rich research results.But the current related research also has certain limitations,such as the system to reflect the whole picture of this field of research,refined literature behind recessive knowledge system scientifically,to understand the dynamic progress,clear the research study evolution path,science research hot spot and to predict the future to explore the problems existing in the current study,as well as a certain deficiencies.Literature metrology research experience can well solve the above problems,and the current literature research is widely applied to various disciplines,including public management PhD thesis of masters in 581(including a master's degree theses,Dr Paper 125),by means of interdisciplinary research to the introduction of the literature metrology village committee election study is of great significance to solve the above problem.In this paper,the relevant papers of 5458 village committees collected in CNKI from 1985 to 2016 are studied in this paper,and the status of village committee election studies since reform and opening has been explored by means of bibliometric analysis.The full text is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is introduction,analyzed the research background,significance,literature review at home and abroad,summarize the existing research,and summarized in this paper,the research ideas,research methods and research innovation;The second chapter elaborates the core concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter gives a description of the data source of this article,and probes into the external characteristics of the study on the change of the study of the village committee election research,the core author and the main publication periodicals.Technology processing link in the fourth chapter for this article,to build keywords word matrix after total sample literature on the cluster analysis,multidimensional scaling analysis,social network analysis and comprehensive analysis,formed the subsequent analysis of data,the analysis result is established on the basis of objective and scientific;Fifth chapter on the basis of the above technology processing,explore the focus of research in this field,found that the research is mainly around "the leadership of the party and the village committee election","the village committee election procedures","clan and the village committee election","women and rural migrant workers and the village committee election" and "the election of village committee and village governance" the five topics,and further explores the connotation and extension of each topic.Sixth chapter through to quantify the sample documents in stages of technical processing,to explore the evolution path of the research in the fields of research and potential hot spots,study in research on the evolution path after germination stage,pilot stage,developing stage and perfect stage,and in the changing rule of the comprehensive analysis of the high frequency keywords and,on the basis of the central policy at present stage,in this paper,we study predicts that the villagers' representatives meeting,the relationship between new rural political construction,rural village committee election and development will be the theme of the future research focus in the field of the village committee election;In chapter 7,after summarizing the results of this study,think the current researchers lack of field research experience in this field can be fully absorbed,no other field research,research methods as a whole is relatively single and existing serious problems such as low level repeated study,should be through field investigation,actively learn from other areas to strengthen rural research,enrich the field research method and perfect the way of scientific research evaluation system to promote the improvement of the research in this field.
