Research On The Basic Public Health Service Project Management Of Jiangling County

The basic public health service project is for the major health problems of inhabitant at present.,which focuses on the six key groups.This project is free and the most basic public health services,which aims at improving health consciousness and health quality of all residents,building the concept of the self-management of health.changing our unhealthy lifestyle actively.This paper use the literature review to analyze the policy of the national basic public health service project,and describe the domestic and international research about the basic public health service project,which focuses on the problems of project management and equality.This paper collect and organize the data of the management of the basic public health service project in Jingling County in 2016.The study chose representative examination index as analysis basis of child health management,maternal health management,hypertensive health management and diabetes health management,which could analyze the management status of the basic public health service project in Jingling County.Then using the questionnaire survey to know local residents’ awareness,participation and satisfaction about the basic public health service project,which could analyze the effect of the basic public health service project in Jingling County.This paper discuss the problem of project management about the basic public health service,by researching the management status and effect.The Health and family planning administrative departments need to innovate management,increase the propaganda of health education,promote the Information Construction.And at the same time,the community medical institutions should change ideas actively,enhance the basic medical stuffs,perfect the use of funds.And we could supply better service of public health.protect the physical and mental health of all.
