Research On Existence Question And Solution Of County Basic Public Health Service

With the development of people's living standard,the essential public health service has been the focus of people.The urban-rural dual economic structure leads to the imbalance of the disposition of medical and health service resources.In some poor areas,there is a shortage of funds,obsolete equipment and lack of personal resources.These impeded the development of our public health enterprise and public health condition.Since 2009,the state called for the equalization of basic public health services,improving the medical condition of poor areas and weak areas of health resources has became the point of the basic public health services.Based on the analysis of H,this dissertation is provide the experience of the equalization of basic public health services.The dissertation is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background of the basic public health services;introduces the research significance,research frame and methods,difficulty and innovation;through the literature review introduces the current situation of research and practice at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical analysis of he basic public health services.This part defines the Public health service concepts,basic public health service theory and equalization of public health services theory.The third part is about the condition of basic public health service in county.According to the questionnaire investigation and interview,the basic public health service policy of Health administrative department,the medical institutions ability of basic public health services and the local residents' understanding of basic public health services can be known.The forth part is the analysis on the problems and causes of basic public health service in County.Based on the documents and practical investigation,the problems and causes of basic public health service in County is from health administrative departments,health care institutions and local residents.The fifth part is an example of H.It is about the introduction of the basic public health service in H and the advantage and the disadvantage of its experience.The sixth part combined with the basic public health service in County,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of the existing policies of the State Council,the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance on basic public health services,proposes some policy suggestions to improve the ability of basic public health service.
