The community correction originated from the UK,and then popularized in western countries.At present,the United States,Germany and other western countries and Japan have formed a relatively perfect community correction work system.After more than ten years of development,community correction in China has been fully implemented.Shanghai,Beijing,Zhejiang and other developed eastern regions are relatively mature.In 2009,the pilot work of community correction was promoted in Sichuan province.With the further implementation of "community correction implementation methods",community correction was formally implemented throughout in China.In 2008,the community correction pilot,started in Daying,and the community correction work has achieved certain results,learning from the successful experience at home and abroad.Combine with the actual situation,the community correction work has been progressively promoted within the framework of current laws and regulations,meanwhile the community correction work in this county is also faced with many difficulties to be solved.This paper attempts to study the management mechanism of community correction of Daying County which is located in the western area of China as the research object.This paper analyzes the management mechanism of community correction in Dan Ying by means of literature research,comparative study and case analysis.From the perspective of public management,this paper through explain the current situation of community correction work in Daying to find the existing problems of management subject and management mode in the management mechanism.Combining with the present situation.wiht the analysis of the reasons and learning from the mature experience of the management mechanism of community correction at home and abroad,this paper drows some suggestions and countermeasures to establish a suitable management mechanism for community correction in Daying,makes some exploration for the improvement of our community correction management machine.Chapter 1 of this paper discusses the background and significance of the topic,the current research situation at home and abroad,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the management mechanism of community correction,the research methods and technical routes to pave the way of understand the community correction mechanism inan all-round way.In chapter 2 the paper discusses the general situation of community correction management in China,the problems existing in the management mechanism and the typicality of the management mechanism of Daying County.This paper expounds the value of choosing this county as a case study.Chapter 3 describes the management mechanism of community correction in Daying County from the aspects of operation background,general situation and effect.Chapter 4 analysis the management main body from the aspect of the management team,management quality,,the department coordination points out the question,analyzes the reason,puts forward the countermeasure suggestion.Chapter 5 carries on the analysis,the induction question,the analysis reason,from the aspect of the management measure,the system construction,the facility equipment.Chapter 6 draws the enlightenment of perfecting the management mechanism of community correction,from the angle of pluralistic governance theory,perfecting the cooperative governance mechanism of community correction through perfecting the legal guarantee,cultivating the main body of governance and enriching the way of governance.Chapter 7 summarizes and prospects the study of this thesis.
