Study On Community Correction Management In Shenyang

With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the concept of social governance has changed,and the world’s concept of punishment has changed,Our country has actively learned from the experience of the West and introduced the community correction system.After more than ten years of development,it has achieved initial results.Community correction is an indispensable part in the process of building a country under the rule of law and improving the system of the rule of law because of its more humanistic spirit and educational significance.The actual effect of its operation directly affects the public security of the society.In the process of the country’s continuous improvement from the institutional level,community corrections are gradually on the right track.Shenyang City,the capital city of Liaoning Province and the central city of the Northeast region,began to try to implement community corrections as a form of punishment in 2010.With the development of community corrections management,some problems have gradually emerged.This paper takes the management situation of community corrections in Shenyang City as the object to carry out field research,using literature research method,field research method and comparative analysis method,based on relevant research theories,combined with the situation of field research,to practice the community correction management work in Shenyang City Research.In the process of investigation,it was found that the process of community correction management had negative attitude of some correction objects and recrime of some prisoners during the correction or after the correction.According to the analysis,the reasons for the above problems are the imperfect evaluation system of community correction management,the imperfect supervision mechanism and the insufficient awareness of the staff.Combined with the advanced experience and practices of western countries and some parts of China,the community correction management evaluation system is improved from three aspects: supervision system and supervision system to improve the level of community correction management in Shenyang.
