The Investigation And Study On Government Statisticians Team Construction Of Dalian Jinpu New District

In the twenty-first Century,the role and status of government statistics in national economic and social development became more and more important.With the development of economy and society,the tasks of government statistics are becoming more and more arduous and the work is becoming more and more difficult.This also puts forward higher requirements for every government statistical personnel.Taking a broad view of the current situation of the construction of government statisticians in Dalian Jinpu New District,there are still a series of problems,which have seriously affected the construction of the government statisticians team in Jinpu New District.In this paper,through a questionnaire survey,and interviews with relevant staff,problems and reasons of the construction of Dalian Jinpu New District Government Statistics staff are analyzed,and put forward a series of methods and measures for improvement.Through the analysis of the survey results,we found that the construction of the Jinpu New District government statistical personnel are not enough attention,the government statistical work is not optimal and the personnel performance appraisal formalism,professional training is not in place,the main reasons for these problems are the government statistical work,the importance is not fully reflected the professional management mechanism is not perfect,the performance appraisal system is not perfect and professional training mechanism is not perfect.In view of the existing problems and reasons,this article from the strengthening of the statistical work of government support and attention,to further improve the professional management mechanism,improve the performance appraisal system construction,strengthen the construction of professional training system,countermeasures and suggestions put forward the construction of Jinpu New District government statistics team.
