In recent years,With the development of the times and the extensive implementation of the civil service recruitment system.A large number of groups with unique historical imprint——the new generation of young people,have entered the civil service system in Guangzhou,become an important component of the ranks of public servants in Guangzhou government departments.New generation of civil servants in Guangzhou have personality characteristics of equality,democracy and freedom.And they don't fetish in authority.These personalities lead to the particularity of motivation for this group.This makes management of this group more complex than other civil servants.How to explore and perfect the motivation mechanism of new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou,and how to improve their enthusiasm,become important tasks for management.Therefore,we should strengthen the study motivation of the new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou.It has a very important practical significance.This article focuses on the subject about motivation perfection of new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou.On the basis of studying and drawing on the theory and practice of motivation,This article combines the characteristics and current situation of the new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou.Method of questionnaire and interview were adopted.This article investigates the satisfaction of the new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou.On the basis of analysis of the motivation problems and reasons of new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou,This paper proposes the Countermeasures for motivation of the new generation of civil servants in Guangzhou at different levels of need.
