The Research Of Social Work Participating In College Volunteering Training

As one of the trends of global social development,voluntary service has received more and more attention in China.Volunteer service has been continuously expanded and the volunteer team has grown.As a “natural allied force” for volunteer service,social work is constantly trying to provide services for volunteer services from various angles,in order to establish a platform for voluntary service and social work linkage,to promote common development of the two and achieve synergy.College volunteers,as the future of volunteer service development in China,have obvious problems in the volunteer service training for university volunteers at this stage.However,there are only a handful of scholars who have explored the theory and practice of social work in college volunteer training.Through the professional internship of author,I have experienced the practice of social work participating in college volunteering training,the social work and volunteering interacting in college volunteering training during "Young Leaders Training Camp".At the same time,I also realized that this kind of linkage is beneficial to college volunteers and themselves.Therefore,the author participated in and recorded every training activity.Based on the synergies,the author sums up the way of social work participating in college volunteering training,and extract the linkage method of social work and volunteering in college volunteering training.Then continue to summarize the weakness and explore an effective linkage method to promote this kind of practice.
