As the level of voluntary service starts to develop in China,more and more corporations begin to pay attention to the corporate volunteering in the process of internationalization.TQLY is a private corporation with lithium industry as the core,which is a corporation with an independent social responsibility sector in southwest China.On 5 December 2018,international volunteer day,TQLY officially launched its volunteering program.However,because the corporate volunteering program has been implemented in TQLY for a short time,there are still many deficiencies in forming a corporate volunteering culture.The corporation expects that the service culture is conducive to the internal development of the corporation and the stability of employee relations.Externally,it has good social benefits.So far,it has not developed such a strong culture.The corporate volunteering culture comes from the corporation culture,which can be extended and supplemented in the long-term implementation and accumulation process.It is a kind of soft power,which is beneficial to the overall strategic planning of the corporation.It is conducive to the reconciliation of employee relations and increasing employees' sense of identity and loyalty to the corporation.It reduces turnover;It is beneficial for corporations to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to solve social problems within their capacity.Through literature study,three different kinds of corporate culture are combined to form the evaluation basis of corporate volunteering service culture.Literature analysis and in-depth interview are adopted in this paper to analyze the interview contents with three-class coding of NVivo12.In this paper,TQLY volunteer service organizer,employees participating in volunteer service,employees not participating in volunteer service and experts in the field of volunteer service are selected as the main interviewees.In this paper,three parts of the status quo of corporate volunteering culture,the diagnosis of the status quo of corporate volunteering culture and the improvement plan design are discussed.The basic method of qualitative text analysis is adopted to analyze the problems according to the three classes of corporation culture.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of TQLY corporation voluntary service spiritual culture,system culture and material culture.The author of this paper analyzes the problems and combines the current development status of the corporation.This author also puts forward the existing problems,which are corporate culture fit,the dissemination of voluntary service culture,the design of brand projects,the improvement of incentive system,the construction of staff participation rate and team leader system.For each of these problems,the authors of this paper have developed suggestions to address them,providing a concrete solution for TQLY to develop a strong culture of volunteerism.At the same time,the author also hopes that this paper will be beneficial to establish a universal standard to determine the cultural intensity of corporate volunteering service and provide help for more corporations to carry out voluntary service.
