The Social Network Research Of Rural College Students Of City Employment

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, various social problems are obvious. The best obvious question is that:the number of the college students has increased,the pressure of finding a job is constantly increasing. In view of this conditions,many scholars have conducted for a few years, their studies show that:social network of personal occupation plays an extremely important role in finding a job, its influence may surpass other structural factors. For European and American scholars' research, many Chinese scholars are also conduct on social network theory. Through the statistical analysis, I find that the object of our country scholars'research is graduate students, in addition, our current scholars'research is not the employment of college students. a group of college students may be divided into:the group of countryside college students and the group of college students. The social network of college students from rural areas is weak in their choosing profession process.this is worthy of our study and analysis, through the analysis of the situation of the social network of the rural students, this research can be not only enrich the social network theory, but also can be provide the material of empirical study.In view of this conditions, this paper is based on social network theory, taking Zaozhuang city Shandong province as an example, hoping that find their social network situation now, the research has important effect to re-construction of social network from rural college. The main theories include social capital theory and social flow theory. This paper about social capital theory is mainly based on Nanlin, Bourdieu, Coleman, Brown's social capital theory; In the interview, the author selection some cases.This paper' analysis is based on data from Zaozhuang City, using the theory of Granovetter' social network as this study'theory. The onclusions are verified.The object of this investigation and analysis is the group of college students from rural areas,.their social relationship network and their own work and life environment are changing now.Compared with the group of urban college students,They were lacking of lack of social capital in the process of their finding job. According to this situation, the author start to think how to solve the problems.In this paper I select the employment college students from rural areas in Zaozhuang city for research object,proposed by the research of the employment college students from rural areas in Zaozhuang city,analysis college students from rural areas'existing problems, we should focus on the re-construction of tural college students. How to guide the re-construction of social network is Our future work.
