A Study On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Career Planning Education In Senior High School

Based on students' mastering the scientific knowledge and basic skills of daily life,the new curriculum reform is aimed at improving cultivating their abilities to solve problems,practicing bravely and innovating boldly.Meanwhile,it also aims to cultivate students' consciousness of active development and self-planning,which lays a foundation for their lifelong development.With the deepening of curriculum,college entrance examination and admission system reform,career education has attracted more and more attention in recent years,which is considered as the key work on the agenda by many local education departments and schools.In order to solve students' common problems of "entrance without consciousness,employment without consciousness,development without consciousness,career without planning,study without power",career planning education helps students build a bridge between mastering knowledge and self-awareness,work and society.It also helps students learn practical knowledge,form healthy personalities.On the basis of these factors,the career planning education lays a solid foundation for students to step into society and find their own positions smoothly.However,the career planning education in many primary and secondary schools of our country is in an initial stage which belongs to teachers' personal behaviors rather than curriculum.From national to local system,as there are no any guidance documents and systematic,operational education materials of career education,the education pioneers are exploring while trying arduously.This project mainly studies how to form a series of curriculum system for high schools,make career planning for students,and stimulate students to achieve their personalized development ultimately.In this project,firstly,theauthor states the development of career planning education and current status of the United States,China Taiwan these representative countries and regions,by representing some theoretical research results,related policies and referring to the reality of our country,the author summarizes the essence and core of career planning education,clearing out its significance in the field of students' psychological health development and self-value realization.Secondly,taking Qingdao XX High School as an example owing to its earliest exploration and great achievements in career planning education,the author analyzes the present situation of career planning education where schools and students launch it.The project studies how to infiltrate career planning education in the aspects of curriculum construction,class management reform,practical experience and some other parts.Finally,through the research of theory and practice,this project sums up some problems which arise at the levels of schools,teachers,parents and students in the process of caring out the career planning education,and puts forward some suggestions related to the implementation of career planning education in senior high schools.These suggestions include the top-level designs of high school career planning education,re-examination education objectives,tasks and implementation ways of the high school career planning.On the base of amplifying management system,on one hand,we should establish curriculum systems founded on overall development of senior schools,on the other hand,we are supposed to establish performing systems based on "one body,two wings" high school career planning education,namely,take the curriculum implementation of all subjects as the main body and take students' career guidance courses and principles as two wings,making use of scientific evaluation methods and improving echelon construction,coordinating the relationship among schools,families and the whole society,making the high school career planning education become the cornerstone of the students' lifelong survival and development.The innovation point of this project is that it is based on the scope of the whole city,by the questionnaire and actual investigation,finding and solving problems from the teaching front line.It forms a set of performing system which is suitable for career planning education curriculum for senior schools labeled with Qingdao characteristics.In this study,through a series of career planning courses,students can grow up in real experiences,gradually improve the overall quality so that they have a comprehensive understanding of themselves and more knowledge of majors in universities and professional occupations.For a further step,students can gradually establish their own goals,strengthen the power of self-development,construct their own abilities actively and lay a solid foundation for future career development,entrepreneurship and family management.
