The small cycle tectonic plate training pattern of Zhengzhou University high level basketball players physical fitness effects of launches the research, through experimental study on current situation of basketball players'physical quality, Zhengzhou University high level basketball team strength and level of analysis, to identify the players physical quality and physiological existence problems, in 2014-2015 China University Basketball Super League and the 17th session of the CUBA League achieved excellent results lay a more solid foundation.The article use literature method, interview method to study the small cycle tectonic plate training mode of high level basketball athlete body function.Through the training of the small circle method and the test method test the following items:(power) bench press (kg), crouch (kg), lift (kg), chin up, in situ touch height (CM) and anaerobic capacity of 30 meters (s),400 meters (s),15 meters (s), (aerobic endurance) Chinese Football Association yoyo test. Due to the basketball court is 28 meters long, width 15 meters, we of Yo Yo test for improvement is 30 m shuttle run and converted into a 15 meter shuttle and other unchanged. The results of data analysis, comparison of three test scores mean found, can be found in addition to 30m, athletes, the results are improved and the lift, touch high and 400m P< 0.05, significant difference that this cycle training teams of upper body strength, jumping ability of lower limbs, and 400 meters relatively large impact, training effect is more obvious, bench press, squat,30 meters,15 meters, causing to the upper grades also increased, P> 0.05, no significant difference. From the test is not difficult to see, the first phase of the athletes improve soon, the achievement of the second stage players continued to improve, but the increase is less than that of the first stage.The study draws conclusions as follows:(1) athlete special strength quality change:by the training athlete found the bench press, squat, lift, pull it up to superior strength test scores have improved significantly. (2) players anaerobic ability changes:Athletes of 400 meters and 15 meters scores increased, athletes' anaerobic ability and explosive force is improved, the athletes in the arena of athletic performance improved. But 30 m performance is impaired. (3) the change of aerobic capacity:YOYO according to the test results, the athlete's aerobic capacity has been significantly improved. Some deficiencies are also found in the small cycle tectonic plate training, therefore put forward the following suggestions:(1) the high level basketball team of Zhengzhou Universityshould establish physical examination mechanism of normal in physical training process, the content of regular physical examination, physical testing, training, monitoring the physiological and biochemical indexes, timely feedback training the establishment of health monitoring, file for each player; (2) Zhengzhou University high level basketball players to find their own weaknessesaccording to the test data, to strengthen the focus on the lack of exercise after the training; (3)according to the influence of small cycle tectonic plate training of Zhengzhou University high level basketball players have a positive, but also negative take advantage, should develop a set ofshort throw, fully meet the Zhengzhou University high level basketball team training mode.
