The physical fitness question hinders the Chinese basketball movement level further to develop and enhance.University high level basketball team will undertake the raise future Chinese basketball reserve talented person,and the physical Fitness question not allow to neglect.This article carries on questionnaire survey to the Beijing university high level basketball team physical Fitness training basic situation and carries on the partial physical Fitness target to the physical test.Refers to our country youth basketball athlete physical Fitness test evaluation criteria,to the data which obtains carries on studies and statistics to analyze,Result following:1.Compares to the American NCAA members,average age of athlete is older.The data of height and weight is small than NCAA members in male athletes and significance difference.Physical fitness training environment and facility are bad. Athletes are unsatisfied with the physical fitness training ways and contents.Athletes are dislike the physical fitness training,and the enthusiasm of physical fitness training becomes the most primary factor in restriction physical fitness training.2.In the test of physical fitness,overall result is not good.The level of speed endurance and aerobic endurance is low.The physical fitness training plans are not long-term many years training plans,individual training plans,and science control. Few coaches have high level movement experience and no physical Fitness trainer.This article has some suggestions on the present university physical ability training existence question as follows:1.It takes "into" and "out" to unify,and improve high level trainer's flowing and studies each other.The training set divides the work is clear and the specialist is responsible for the physical fitness train2.Be attention to raise young member when select athletes.In under guarantee speed premise,we should improve the members muscle proportion and adapts the intense competition and resists.3.The physical fitness training should set up long-term goal and formulates individual physical fitness training plan.And to science control the adaptation for the trains load.4.Improving the physical fitness training environment and facility by some ways, and training method.Using the motive factor improve extremely enthusiastic of the member physical fitness training.5.According to present member physical test result,we should take some trains to improve speed endurance and aerobic endurance.
