| General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward "sense of gain" at the tenth meeting of the central leading group for comprehensive deepening reform.In recent years,the sense of acquisition has attracted increasing attention.Private kindergartens play an important role in the field of preschool education in China,and promote the development of preschool education in China.The teachers of private kindergartens are practitioners,step by step,to promote the development of private kindergartens.To improve the sense of acquisition of private kindergarten teachers has become a hot spot and common pursuit of preschool education reform in China.It affects the well-being of preschool teachers and promotes the better development of private kindergarten education.Therefore,this study focuses on private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition,trying to reflect the current situation of private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition,and analyze the influencing factors,find the promotion path,so as to have a positive impact on the development of private kindergarten.In this study,private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition mainly includes three dimensions: Private Kindergarten Teachers’ satisfaction,private kindergarten teachers’ sense of belonging and private kindergarten teachers’ happiness.Among them,private kindergarten teachers’ sense of satisfaction includes material satisfaction and spiritual satisfaction;private kindergarten teachers’ sense of belonging includes identity belonging,emotional belonging and spiritual belonging;private kindergarten teachers’ sense of happiness includes subjective well-being and psychological well-being.According to the research of Miao Yuanjiang,Li Chunliang and other scholars,this study compiles the questionnaire of private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition,and makes a questionnaire survey of 311 teachers in 30 private kindergartens in cities and towns to analyze the current situation of sense of acquisition.Through interviews with 15 teachers of private kindergartens,this paper collects the relevant factors that affect the sense of acquisition of teachers of private kindergartens,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Then,SPSS software is used to analyze and process the collected data.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this study investigates whether there are differences in satisfaction,sense of belonging and sense of well-being among teachers of different ages,teaching ages,educational background,positions,regions where private kindergartens are located and private kindergartens,and further understands the current situation of private kindergartens’ teachers’ sense of gain,and concludes that private kindergartens’ teachers’ sense of satisfaction,sense of belonging and sense of well-being are all at the upper middle level,Thus,the analysis shows that the private kindergarten teachers’ sense of gain is in the middle level.At the same time,based on the theory of fairness,this paper makes parallel comparison and up-down comparison of private kindergarten teachers,analyzes the factors influencing private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition from the aspects of living standard,working condition and social level,and concludes the level of income level and teaching age in private kindergarten teachers’ living standard;the relationship between work and colleagues,leaders,parents and training The recognition degree and attention degree of social personnel are the important factors that affect the sense of acquisition of private kindergarten teachers.By collecting relevant data,based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of private kindergarten teachers’ sense of acquisition,the researchers put forward the relevant paths to improve the sense of acquisition of private kindergarten teachers.It mainly includes improving the living standards of teachers,improving the material sense of private kindergarten teachers;unblocking the development channels,improving the spiritual sense of private kindergarten teachers;improving the social status,improving the spiritual sense of private kindergarten teachers. |
