Because of our country’s urban and rural structure, the rural economic and socialdevelopment, especially the education development are relatively backward, In recent years, inorder to promote education fairness, balance education development, our country has issued"Free Normal","National Training Plan " and so on, At present, as the rapidly popularization anddevelopment of China’s preschool education. Our country pay more and more attention to therural pre-school education.The central—kindergarten in villages and towns is the importantlink of rural preschool education management system, it is not only the executive of governmenteducation policy, and also plays a guiding role in the rural preschool educationmanagement.The rural kindergarten teacher’s quality is the key factor which restrict thepopularization of rural preschool education.and how to effectively manage kindergartenteachers,how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of kindergarten teachers,and how topromote the improvement of the quality of teaching, is the most outstanding problem in ruralpreschool education development. Through case studies of kindergarten teachers management ofC town in Y city, some problems existing in the management of kindergarten teachers arediscussed thoroughly, there some beneficial experience and enlightenment.This research mainly adopts literature review, observation, interview method, questionnaire,carrying out field survey on kindergarten teachers team management of C town in Y city. Aftercollecting information, data analysis, and the thorough study,we find problems of kindergartenteachers management in the following five aspects: kindergarten teachers shortage, quality andspecialized level is low; The employment and appointment is not standard; The kindergartenteachers’ training is weak, limit their development; The teacher’s welfare treatment is poor,Teachers’ team is not stable; Lack of scientific and effective teacher evaluation. In view of theabove existing problems, this research put forward the corresponding countermeasures andmeasures: increase the number of teachers, supplement the teachers team, Regulate teachers’appointment and select; Train teachers in multi-level form; Establish the reasonable teacherevaluation system.The author thinks that as the center kindergarten of town, it should strive to managementstrategies, methods and measures in kindergarten teachers team management process accordingwith the actual. At the same time, except to combine the local actual, finish the kindergartenteacher’s management. it should provide examples and play a demonstrating, driving, guidingrole for the whole town kindergarten teacher management, so as to promote the whole town, andeven promote all-round development of the whole rural pre-school education.
