On The Role Of College Student Associations In Ideological And Political Education

College students are valuable human resources,the hope of our nation,and the future of our country.To strengthen and improve college ideological and political education to promote their ideological and political quality continuously,and to train them into builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics has significant and far-reaching strategic significance.It is really due to the full implementation of national rejuvenation through science and education.This strategy ensures that our country will be invincible in the fierce international competition for some time to come.It also ensures the realization of building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating the grand goal of socialist modernization and ensures that socialism with Chinese characteristics will be flourishing and has no lack of successors.Student Associations is an important part of the communal life of the young college students,which is based on the common interests,hobbies and specialties of the young college students.It is a student group organization with college students volunteered to participate,which follows certain principles of organization and programme leaflets,and is approved by the relevant administrative departments in Colleges.It is a new carrier of ideological and political education in Chinese university,and in which plays an important role that can not be ignored.Based on the mainstream types and functions of student associations in Chinese universities,the mutual relationship between Student Associations and the ideological and political education is to be discussed in this thesis.The objective circumstances in which how College Student Associations play a role in Chinese college ideological and political education,some problems in its existence are comprehensively explored.The factors restrained College Student Associations' effort in the ideological and political education are analyzed then.Finally,the construction of operating mechanisms of Students Associations playing a role in the ideological and political education will be brought forward.It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a useful reference for the majority of the ideological and political education workers.
