Human society gradually enters into a new era of dialogue mechanism which has become a kind of the way of people 's life. The current philosophy of dialogue has well revealed the essence and characteristics of today's society dialogue, and also widened the human mind and made a big step on change of human thinking mode. Dialogue is a kind of current mode that has a profound connotation. It is an attitude, a kind of very good relationship, also is a kind of survive behavior concept, dialogue management is response and use in the field of philosophy spirit and philosophy concept, and such a management mode is a kind of advanced behavior, whose value orientation is based on humanistic management, and it is a kind of intersubjectivity management based on intrinsic management subjectivity. Dialogue theory is the main basis of college teachers dialogue management mode, which is put forward based on the creative disadvantage of traditional management mode of university. It is the formation and development of a lengthy period of study in university and time as a unique operation mode of innovation and thinking. It is the important sour ce of strength to play its competitive advantage, and is also more important intangible assets for colleges and universities.University teachers' dialogue management has experienced many problems during the process when it is carried out. In the operatio n of the dialogue management practice, there are three main forms of its issues: monopoly dialogue, insufficient supporting system and the low efficiency of the dialogue management. The central causes of these problems mainly lie in the existence of discou rse hegemony, the unequal status of the dialogue subjects, lack of the awareness for equal dialogue and the deficiency of the system. Therefore, this paper will give a specific discussion on the issues arisen in the university teachers' dialogue management and bring forward the solutions to them.This paper firstly reviewed the related research status at home and abroad after a concrete introduction of research background and significance, and then elaborates on the related concepts, the way and the fu nction of university teachers' dialogue management, the necessity of university teachers' dialogue management, then analyzes the present situation of Chinese university teachers' dialogue management and gives an in-depth analysis of the difficulties of the university teachers' dialogue management f. Finally, on the basis of the above, it aims to strengthen the implement of the university teachers' dialogue management by updating the dialogue management idea, optimizing organization structure, transforming t he mode of dialogue management, and strengthening the construction of the management system. It also can provide better choices to promote the reform and development of the university teachers' management, make the university teachers ' management theory more complete and enhance the management level.
