Private universities is one of the manifestations of private higher education institutions,Since the 1980 s, and After 30 years of hard work and development,private higher education has transited to an important part of higher education from the original public supplementary part of higher education. In recent years, with college enrollment, college graduates have become increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand, graduate employments has become one of people's livelihood issues which people concerned. Private college graduates are part of this year's Employment Group, not only facing the severe employment situation, but also in a weak position in the competition for jobs with college graduates in public, it exacerbated the difficult of employment of private college graduates. Although private colleges and universities have a higher employment rate and the formation of a more complete model of employment promotion, but from the current employment situation of private college graduates,for example it's low employability and employment levels, private college graduates have yet to upgrade the quality of employment. Private college graduates employment difficulties caused by a variety of reasons,include the private universities students own reason,the private universities' reason and the inadequate external environment.We should take appropriate measures according those main aspects to improve the employment of college graduates. Moreover,graduates should distinguish between graduates of private colleges and public universities when analyse the employment problems, Combined with practical employment difficulties faced by the graduates of private universities,and to find the strategies to improve the work of private universities graduates' employment.Therefore,this paper argues that these areas should improve the private universities graduates' employment, One is to enhance the overall quality of graduates of private colleges and universities,include cultivating the private universities graduates' correct employment attitude.Second,optimizing the management of the private universities,include clearing it's positioning to reshape social image, take market-oriented personnel training and promote teaching quality.Third, improve the external employment environment of the private universities graduates, strengthening the management of Government and taking policy support,Strengthening corporate social responsibility, providing avorable external support for the employment of private universities graduates.
