Current Situation And Countermeasures Of College Graduates Employment

The problems of college graduates’ employment in our country has been one of the most important social focuses for a long time. They arise especially under the background of structure reform of college graduates’ employment system and the widening of college enrolls. Compared with other key colleges ranked by Ministry of Education with better teaching qualities, it is more convincing that the employments of graduates from full-time regular colleges and universities which mainly focus on the training of teachers or professional skills which can show the most general current employment situations directly in the complicate condition. Analyses of employment situation of graduates from Kunming University ranges from2011to2013, and some practical strategies and suggestions will be discussed in this thesis.This thesis is composed of6parts:the first part is the introduction of employment situations and problems, background, significance of researching as well as the method of research in details. The following part shows some different research results and related theories about employment. Some researches and analyses of the general graduates’ employment situations of ordinary colleges and universities as well as some progress got from government employment policies will be showed in the third part. The forth part describes some basic information of Kunming University and analyses the employment situation and teaching condition of Kunming University through questionnaire surveys of graduates and employers to get the conclusion of employment problems, this part also contains the method of the survey. The fifth part objectively and roundly analyses the reason of these problems of employment from the aspects of society, school and students. The sixth part gives practical suggestions and counter plans from the aspects of government, universities, and students to solve the problem of graduates’employment.By using of the main methods such as analyses of literature, questionnaire survey analysis and logical reasoning, this thesis is going to be a useful tool in advocating for increased focuses from all sectors of society, and come up with come practical suggestions and strategies.
