Factors that affect teenagers drop out of school in addition to the student individual behavior, schools and teachers, and urban and rural development, is also related to many family factors. Parents play an important role in the family education, the actual role of parents and the ideal character is different, this role gap for us to understand the importance of the parents' role in juvenile dropout phenomenon, is of great significance.This article mainly adopts qualitative research methods, based on the role of parents related theory, using the experience of the field investigation materials, to revealing the gap between parental role in adolescent children dropping out of school. This description is divided into the following three parts,from the perspective of state to analysis the Parental role, from the perspective of the school to analysis the Parental role, from the perspective of children to analysis the Parental role.In real life, the parents didn't have the positive effect of expected in teenagers drop out problem,there is a gap between parental role and its ideal character, Parental role gap is not conducive to the healthy growth of teenagers. The gap of parental role is closely related to the adolescent growth and the development of the rural society.We need to pay more attention to the effect of family education on teenagers...
