Research On Project Evaluation Model Applicability

In this paper, Project evaluation is one of the most important aspects of the social work service project implementation, and evaluation project has a close relationship with the results of the assessment and promotion. Among them, especially the key is the choice of social work project evaluation model. If the assessment needs to improve the model itself, it will affect the results of the assessment comprehensive and authenticity.Based on the CIPP evaluation model as a template, materials for Girls classroom actual project operation, and on the basis of project evaluation, the article will explore the applicability of the CIPP model used in the actual project evaluation, and analysis the relationship between the project evaluation model and project evaluation.The study found that the applicability of CIPP evaluation model in the project evaluation process needs to be done in many ways.On one hand, the CIPP model is applied to evaluate project, including: first, the relative evaluation framework is suitable for the evaluation of new project; Second, the process assessment module includes abundant assessment indicators, such as activity plan,summarize the development process and the activities, etc. Third, the results of evaluation module covers comprehensive assessment content: the project impact, efficiency,sustainability and potential replication.On the other hand, the CIPP model also exist where does not apply to project evaluation: first, the model looks project plans and project objectives as the starting point of evaluation; Second, the model is not set professional evaluation and dynamic evaluation index; Third, the results of evaluation module failed to fully cover the related subject of the project. Only those aspects of the CIPP evaluation model well developed, can it be more comprehensive, more realistic to evaluate the Girls classroom project, increasing the applicability of the model project evaluation.Through the above research, this paper argues that: for a specific social work services,the applicability of the project evaluation model is relative. In front of the evaluation work,we need to consider the project's own maturity; In the specific evaluation process, we need to combined with the specific projects to perfect the evaluation contents and index, in order to evaluate all kinds of social work service projects better, and to ensure that the results of evaluation is comprehensive and real.
