In the context of the merging of public charity industry and social work profession, the participation of social organizations in education improvement has become an important form and means to allocate educational resources for the third time and promote educational equity.Evaluations for various non-profit education projects have also gradually emerged.Project evaluation is an important part for social organizations to examine the feasibility, effectiveness, influence and viability of their public service education projects.Currently, such evaluation mainly conducts effectiveness assessment to implement accountability mechanisms, neglecting the dynamic process of service projects from development to implementation. In order to respond to the current phenomenon of third-party evaluation-oriented and performance-first in the evaluation practice of non-profit education service projects, strengthen the professionalism of social service evaluation, realize the fundamental value of project evaluation and promote the autonomous optimization of projects, this thesis evaluates the online non-profit education project based on CIPP model according to long-term observation in S institution.According to the results of the evaluation practice thesis, the problems and shortcomings of the project are examined, and optimization ideas are proposed. Thus a development model for online non-profit education service project by non-profit organizations is presented in the context of nongovernmental purchasing is proposed. The results of the evaluation practice are as follows.Firstly, the project has a stable internal drive support and internal and external resource input in terms of resource support.Secondly,in terms of project design, the project has a certain perfect configuration in terms of resource support, professional ethical coordination and implementation feasibility.Besides,in terms of the implementation of the project and the expected design, the fidelity is high in terms of the completion of project content and scale, and the adherence to the project implementation approach.Credibility of the assessment of the effectiveness of the project has been guaranteed to a certain extent. However, disadvantages still exists.Firstly,it is difficult to focus on the service target, which is not fully aligned with the project design.Secondly, the service content is not standardized enough.Thirdly,it is difficult to achieve the service objectives, and the service targets and service providers do not have the same perception of the service objectives.Based on the above findings, this thesis attempts to summarize the future development model of online non-profit education programs conducted by non-profit organizations in the context of the merging of public charity industry and the social work profession.Firstly, create a new model of partnership of government, social organizations, enterprise and schools,in which non-profit organizations act as guides and coordinators.Stakeholders such as government, social organizations, enterprises, and schools perform their functions in online non-profit education projects.Secondly,a new form combing social work and public charity will realize the symbiosis and integration of social work and public charity. The new form will implement social work concepts and theories in the dimensions of talent introduction, service content output and service technology.Last but not least,we will establish a new mode of non-profit education, which will not only export education resources, but also deeply integrate public welfare literacy education, guide the participation of all people, and cultivate the public welfare literacy among service receiver, volunteers and student groups in non-profit education.
