Based on junior high students’ individual differences and exam sport each skill features, this paper, literature, mathematical statistics, surveys and experimental teaching methods such as, from the concept of "contract learning" definition, the essential characteristics and the "contract learning law " theoretically feasible implementation of middle school students begin to design " learning contract " experimental elements to develop the experimental procedure, carried out " study in the examination sports teaching learning contract. " Realistic and junior high school in Nanjing(1) class,(2) the students as subjects to the students in the test as a measure of the experimental index sports options, control classes continue traditional teaching, while the experimental class is a "learning contract Approach ". After two months of teaching experiments, the following conclusions:(1) "contract learning" than traditional teaching method is more conducive to the students improve test scores of sports projects;(2) the advantages of group of boys and girls individual contract than the contract group teaching is more evident;(3) on the test scores of increase physical point of view, the advantages of "learning contract" on a three-minute jump rope, 50 meters, solid ball and the boys pull up other items than the standing long jump, boys and girls 1000 meters crunches more obvious;(4) "learning contract" will help enhance the students’ initiative and enthusiasm to practice, practice help students interested in it; to promote student interaction with teachers, among peers.
