In this paper, we use the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, experimental method mathematical statistics method and other methods to explore the teaching effect that oral contractual learning method is applied to the junior high school physical education teaching. Based on the method that teach students in accordance with their aptitude in ancient China, modern western constructivism and humanism education theory. This paper is the teaching experiment research embarked from the sport teaching practice to improve the problem that the current middle school students do not have the high interest, skills, a thorough grounding and a health, the fat of the middle school students and so on. This passage uses the student of Zhu hai 10th middle school as the experiment object and uses the effect that oral contractual learning method is applied to the junior high school physical education teaching as the object of study. It chooses two studying administration (Total 99 students) in grade one randomly to text from March 2015 to June 2015,10 weeks,30 lessons. To ensure the scientific nature of the experiment and explore how different between the oral contractual sports learning method and the traditional teaching method, the texted classes are taught by the researcher completely, expect the different teaching way and the teaching before the text and after the text.The result of the experiment shows that:1.Oral contractual sports learning method can effectively encourage the students to learn the physical education actively and systematically according to the requirement of contract in class and after class, so they can improve the students’ physical quality obviously.2.At the same time, oral contractual learning method can make the physical education content design more accord with the actual situation of the students and can make the way of text more reasonable, in order to improve students’ interest and arouse the students’motivation in physical education learning.3.Oral contractual learning method is that teachers and students can discuss the learning content of the contract together, which can fit well on the need and the identify difference of the student in physical education study and make the student do their best to finish the goal. So it can effectively promote the development of learning physical education skills.4.Because oral contractual physical education learning method can promote the time students joining in the physical education study and practice. so the way can control the weight of students, and then, it can improve the students’ body form and cultivate the students’ good shape.Conclusion:using the oral contractual physical education learning method to teach can promote the condition of students’ body obviously, and control their weight. It also can improve students’ interest in learning physical, etc.
