| The training method of bilingual teachers in ethnic minority areas has seriously influence on bilingual teachers quality.Especially for the overall quality of the education in minority national regions.Presently,the bilingual teachers training has obtained good effect,but there has a separation between theory and practice.Finding an effective teaching method will be a important issue to enhance the quality of bilingual teachers training. Case teaching is becoming “the new favorite”,focus in the field of teacher education,with its strong subjectivity,pertinence,practicality,becoming an important method of teacher training.Obviously,using the case teaching in the bilingual teacher training,without doubt will be meaningful attempt of classroom training form of promoting the professional growth of minority bilingual teachers.The research take the Urumqi 2013 level two years students who out of production as the object of study,in order to present the usage situation of case training objectively,the researcher through the classroom observation and questionnaire survey.in the foundation of analyzing the problems and causes,carrying deep thinking on how to promote the case method apply in the bilingual teacher training,and put forward some suggestions.This research mainly includes following contents:Part I:Elaborates the question proposed the reason and the background, gain this research core concept,the research goal and the significance,through the domestic and foreign correlation research stated,and introduces the idea and method of the research.Part II:Describes the theoretical basis of this research, describes the inspiration for the application of case teaching in bilingual teacher training based on the adult learning theory and constructivism theory.Part III:Empirical status of case teaching in the training of bilingual teachers.Through survey,firstly we do classroom observation based on the stages including class prepared,class implementation,class summary evaluation;then,analysis on students questionnaire of survey results for statistics analysis,investigate the different analysis on different gender,schools located seniority,titles,and Chinese level,and participation times in case teachingeducation.finally having a detailed and in-depth of understanding on the overall situation of the case teaching in bilingual teachers training.And then make deeper analysis on the presented problems and reasons.Making depth thinking on how to advance the case teaching apply to bilingual teacher training according to the survey results of research and analysis,and expounded corresponding suggestions measures.Including:paying attention to the preparation of bilingual teacher training,select high-quality trainers;making fully understanding of the case teaching of bilingual teacher training,enhance applicability;respecting students multicultural background, adopt diversified interactive ways;perfecting case teaching link and optimize teaching process;developing multicultural case resources,promote the case teaching to develop;strengthen the ability evaluation of bilingual teaching, emphasis on case teaching. |
