Curriculum implementation is a rather complicated process and phenomenon,which needs a long-term and planned cultivation. All the efforts are based on theknowledge of current situation, so that we can solve a great deal of problems, whichappear in the curriculum implement process. According to the study of G. E. Hall et.al., teachers have the different stages of concerns, and these kinds of concerns will bedifferent to some extent because of the teachers' personal specialities, and it also willmake an effect on whether teachers will take the new method which the reform callsfor or not.Numerous researches also indicate that teachers are playing an extremelyimportant role in curriculum implementation. They not only teach the courses but alsodevelop curriculum, define curriculum and develop curriculum once more. Andteachers'faith and experience in the classroom will influence the types of what thestudents gain and the implementation of new curriculum. So in the process of "thesecond stage of curriculum reform in Shanghai", concerns situation that teachersstanding in the educational forefront implement to new courses is worth going intoseriously.Research in this thesis probes into the current situation of "the second stage ofcurriculum reform in Shanghai, and also the teachers'attitude towards the curriculumimplementation. If we can grasp the characteristics of teachers and give the positiveinfluence, also discard the hindrance factors of the curriculum implementation, whichwill enhance the teachers'willing to take part in the reform, and reach the aim topromote the curriculum implementation effectively.
