Scientific research, which plays a dominant role in universities, is fundamental and indispensable for the development of theory and the exploration of advanced technologies. However, with the emergence of the scientific research's economic function, Increasing scientific research honor, and social increasingly emphasis on university research, University research of this pure land can no longer maintain their independence, Conflict of interest in university research is increasingly highlighting, Therefore, with the increasingly commercialization of scientific activity today, understanding and coordination of conflicts of interest correctly, of great significance.Through a variety of forms such as literature method and interviews, go to the relevant management agencies, to collect the relevant information for university research and data, Provides a strong basis for my paper.Firstly, on the base of university research and conflict of interest at home and abroad, after the definition of the concept, the author applied the stakeholder theory, Analyzed of university research involved in seven stakeholders, they are:University teachers, government, enterprises, universities, corporate R & D personnel, graduate students and the general public. On the basis of teacher Xu Xi-hong's Benefits-impact of two-dimensional classification model, the university research in the seven stakeholders into four groups of stakeholders: University teachers are stakeholders in the decision-type, Government, enterprises, universities are stakeholders in the affect-type, Industry R & D staff and graduate students are stakeholders in the participate-type, the general public are stakeholders in the concern-type. Since the various stakeholders with different interests and demands, which caused a conflict of interest forms are different. In the third chapter, the author carried out a detailed exploration.Secondly, the author in the fourth chapter, the focus of university research in the causes of conflict are described, mainly from the stakeholders in the decision-type psychological, social and environmental three dimensions of a detailed analysis.Finally, based on the above study, the author proposes some countermeasures and coordination measures. Mainly from the system and the non-system, Aimed at effective prevention and coordination of university research conflict of interest, so to promote the sustainable development of university research.
