The objective of this paper is to introduce how Quality Control Circle (QCC) impact the clinical nursing students on their study and work. By discussing with a few organizations and employers, lots of them complains about that most of the graduates are not quite capable of doing the practical jobs which means they have enough theoretical knowledge regarding the job instead of actual experience for doing it. Also most of them are lack of communication skills and don't have a common sense about teamwork spirit. These have been pointed out several times by different employers from different organizations. Nowadays nursing professionals are trained by College education system. There are not enough attentions and efforts to keep developing and improving this education system. By introducing the application of Quality Control Circle into this system can improve the system and it plays a profound influence.Quality Control Circle activities originated from the United States. It has been popularized and reformed to be used in Business Management by Japanese professor Ishikawa Kaoru. For some hospitals who are looking for improvement and the continuous development of nursing, they have already introduced QCC activity to their nursing work management. This paper will discuss whether the "quality control circle" is feasible in the process of nursing education. Based on the research of 128 nursing students of a medical school in Dalian, after comparing the difference before and after implementing this method, it was found that the QCC the method education management mode has the advantages of improving the team cooperation ability and improving the communication between senior and junior employees in the process of nursing education. We could see that by implementing QCC, it motivates graduates and junior employees to learn and find a way to improve their skills by themselves. It can also bring a lot of valuable feedback to the teacher, based on which, there will be a more efficient way to change the teaching system and keep it developed and improved all the time. It will become a virtuous cycle that both side of teaching and learning will develop at the same time with better communication and cooperation with each other. In practice, in-depth study "product management circle" education management mode, will definitely improve the education management system, change the understanding of nursing educators, solid and effective conduct product management circle activities. This finding provides an effective theoretical basis to Education Department and college professors to reform and develop management mode of nursing education. As a result of the success of QCC. it is essential to train college nursing students by this mode. By doing so. there will be more adaptability and practical experiences for the students when they finish the education and also they will be suitable for all kinds of different requirement when they start to work.By discussing the topic in this article,I have a good faith in implementing QCC into our current educational management system to get it developed and improved. And also it will help to reduce the usage of education resources. Education organizations and college professors can think about using QCC as a tool to help to reform and develop the management mode of nursing system or at least bring some ideas to them. For the nursing graduates to have better suitability to be capable of practical clinical nursing jobs. I believe QCC is quite necessary and effective for accomplish that.
