A Survey On Emlpoyment Of Agricultural Undergraduates In Xinjiang

Employment is vital to people's livelihood. It has more special significance to solve the employment problem in xinjiang. As Zhang Chunxian said, who is member of the political bureau of the CPC central committee, secretary of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region party committee, "Employment is the biggest livelihood project and morale projects in xinjiang as well as a foundation project. There was a man who had a job and it would be easy to settle; The one of a family got the job which will add stabilizing force."It needs a lot of agricultural talents for agricultural modernization stride. The graduates of Xinjiang agricultural university will become the main force of agricultural modernization. However, are the graduates of agricultural university able to learn agriculture,love of agricuoture and be engaged in agricuoture? Are they able to go down to the grass-roots units? Can they find a two-way satisfaction job? How many graduates do the emploers need? Those are the problems we should consider.Therefore it seems more important to research employment of agricultral graduates in Xinjiang and to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem at the background of development and construction of agricultural modernization in Xinjiang.This article adopted method of questionnaire and interview, and take Xinjiang Agricultural university as an example for collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and gave strategies of improving employment level of Xinjiang agricultural graduates from the perspective of government,colleges and universities, employers as well as graduates themselves. The article is hoped to provide references for the government employment policy making, for the university recruitment and talent cultivation and help agricultural graduates find the job smoothly.
